RULES OF THE WEEKEND DRAW IN PORT AVENTURA WITH AN OPEL CAR

1. OBJECT
JOAQUIN OLIVA SA, the new Opel dealer in Tarragona, celebrates the brand's incorporation into Grup Oliva motor by raffling customers for a weekend in Port Aventura with an Opel car, this includes tickets to the park for 2 days for 2 adults and 2 children , a night in a hotel and the transfer of an Opel car to enjoy it a weekend before January 2023. To this end, customers who wish may sign up for the draw between June 9 and June 26, 2022.
Likewise, Joaquin Oliva reserves the right to prevent speculation or business systems from being established on this draw or any other that may imply an alteration or manipulation of it. To this end, they may exercise all the actions they deem appropriate, including the exclusion from this contest of any participant who acts in this regard.
Participation in the raffle will be done by entering the participant's personal data on the website https://grupolivamotor.com/landing/opel-sorteo/ and complying with the participation instructions and accepting the bases.
Participation in this draw presupposes the full acceptance of all the clauses contained in these bases.

2.- DURATION AND SCOPE
The draw is valid only for the Spanish territory. The communication of the draw will begin on June 9, 2022 and will end on June 26, 2022, both inclusive. The draw will take place on June 27, 2022.
Joaquin Oliva SA reserves the right to suspend, postpone, cancel or modify the duration of the draw at any time prior to its completion, provided that there are reasons that justify it.

3.- DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES
A weekend will be raffled at the Port Aventura Amusement Park, with 1 hotel night for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) on half board, with two-day access to PortAventura Park and an Opel car to enjoy it all weekend of week.
All those who have correctly filled out the draw form and accept the legal bases of the draw will participate in this draw.

4.- RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Any natural person, of legal age, residing in Spanish territory can participate in the draw.

5.- REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
There will be only one way to participate, by filling in a form on the website https://grupolivamotor.com/landing/opel-sorteo/. No other communication channel will give the possibility to participate in the draw.The address of the web page that allows access to the draw will be sent by email to customers. By completing the form, the user will be registering on the www.grupolivamotor.com website and accepting the registration conditions.
In the web form the mandatory data to participate will be:

And it is also mandatory that each participant accept the registration conditions at www.grupolivamotor.com and the draw bases in the participation form.

6.- SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES.
The draw will be held among the total number of people who have participated. There will only be one winner and the selection of the winner will be made by computer random selection. The winner will not be able in any case to exchange the prize for money.

8.- TAX TREATMENT.
All the pertinent fiscal provisions will be applied to the prize of this Contest according to the Spanish legislation in force. To this end, to hold the status of Winner, it will be an essential requirement that the Winner send Opel Joaquin Oliva a photocopy of his ID, residence card or other valid document for tax purposes.
Joaquin Oliva will not be responsible for compliance with the winner's tax obligations.

9.- IMAGE USE CONSENT
The winners of the raffle know and consent that their full name and image be reproduced in any advertising activity that is related to this promotion, without these activities conferring on the winners the right to remuneration or any benefit except for the prize won in accordance with these bases. .

Joaquin Oliva is exonerated from incidents and events of any kind (for example, impossibility of registering the data of a participant, interruption or loss of connection...) that are caused by external acts of bad faith or by incidents derived from breakdowns in the telephone, computer, electrical network. 12.- WINNERS

13.- LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
These bases are governed by Spanish law. The participants accept that any controversies that may arise in the interpretation and execution of these bases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
