The BMW iX, the new technological flagship of the BMW Group, is ready to go into series production.

The first “Sports Activity Vehicle” conceived as a fully electric vehicle. The First BMW iX offers an interpretation of design, sustainability, emission-free driving pleasure, versatility and luxury based on the use of futuristic tools. The worldwide market launch will take place in November 2021.

Perfectly balanced driving characteristics: solid, comfortable and agile; Electric four-wheel drive, limiting wheel slip, and shock absorbers with controlled height adjustment as standard, two-axle air suspension, electronically controlled shock absorbers, integral active steering, Air Performance wheels and noise-reducing tires.

Motorization versions

The First BMW iX goes on sale in two versions: BMW iX xDrive50 with 385 kW / 523 hp, electrical consumption of 23.0 - 19.8 kWh / 100 km, CO2 emissions of 0 g / km and range of up to 630 km (WLTP); BMW iX xDrive40 with 240 kW / 326 hp, electricity consumption of 22.5 - 19.4 kWh / 100 km, CO2 emissions of 0 g / km and range of up to 425 km (WLTP). The BMW iX M60 will come later, with more than 440 kW / 600 hp and even more dynamic all-wheel drive; combined electricity consumption: 21.6 kWh / 100 km (WLTP), CO2 emissions 0 g / km (expected values according to the current state of development of the vehicle).

Fifth generation of BMW eDrive technology with electric motor, electronic unit and transmission, as well as the latest, highly integrated battery cell technology. The powertrain generates a maximum torque of 765 Nm in the BMW iX xDrive50 and 630 Nm in the BMW iX xDrive40. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.6 seconds (BMW iX xDrive50). High-voltage battery with a gross energy content of 111.5 kWh in the BMW iX xDrive50 and 76.6 kWh in the BMW iX xDrive40.

One-pedal feel

New BMW iDrive system

Premiere of the new generation of the BMW iDrive control / operating system. Touch screen functionality with the new BMW Curved Display and BMW Natural Interaction using voice commands with the constantly updated BMW personal assistant. All-digital display grouping, consisting of a 12.3-inch infotainment screen and a 14.9-inch instrument cluster display. State-of-the-art graphics display and powerful software based on the BMW ID8 operating system.

My Modes

The new "My Modes" mode expands the possibilities of selecting vehicle settings. Remote software updates and on-demand features keep the vehicle's software always up-to-date. Navigation system with the BMW Maps cloud-based system and augmented reality on the control screen. Route planning, including stops along the way to recharge the battery with the Connected Charging feature. The inner camera can be used to take pictures while traveling. The BMW iX is a leader in data transmission with 5G technology. Integration of personal mobile phone numbers in the vehicle using eSim.

Certainly, the new technology kit for the first BMW iX offers extraordinary potential to drive the development of automated driving and parking functions. The new generation of sensors, new software and a powerful computing platform create exceptional intelligence. Five cameras, five radar sensors and 12 ultrasonic sensors monitor the vehicle's surroundings.

Driver assistance systems as standard

It features the most comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems ever to be fitted as standard on a BMW. Forward Collision Warning now also detects oncoming traffic when turning left (in countries where vehicles travel on the right) and pedestrians and cyclists when turning right. Crossing alert with city braking function. Lane departure warning and steering assistants are also available in multiple situations. Active Cruise Control with speed limit assistant.

Parking Assistant (includes backup camera and parking assistant) as standard. The Parking Assistant Plus package is now available with the remote theft recording function as an option.

Luxurious & sustainable design

Expressive exterior design, with a clean and simple language, that conveys a clear message of sustainability and future-oriented luxury. The imposing body design and precision-sculpted details create a premium character with a modern twist.

What's more, the First BMW iX redefines the successful Sports Activity Vehicle concept. Powerful proportions, with the exterior length and width of the BMW X5, the height of the BMW X6 and the dimensions of the wheels of the BMW X7.

The visually striking BMW double kidney grille, vertically enhanced and almost fully embedded, serves as an intelligence panel with integrated camera and radar technology. Extremely slim LED headlights and taillights, embedded and electronic door handles, reversing assist camera with tilt system integrated into the BMW logo on the tailgate. The Sport Package and BMW Individual Exterior Line Titanium is available as an option.

Inside

Newly developed interior architecture. The vehicle has been designed from the inside out. Luxurious and pleasant atmosphere created thanks to its spaciousness, a slim instrument panel, newly developed seats with integrated head restraints and an extraordinarily large panoramic glass roof with electrochromic dimming. The absence of the central tunnel creates additional legroom and storage areas, as well as a center console that looks like a high-quality piece of furniture.

Newly designed control panel with sensor bars and touch active haptic input, gear selector and touch controller with glass effect finish. The hexagonal steering wheel makes its debut on a standard BMW model. BMW Head-Up Display with frameless projector integration.

There are three design variants to choose from: Atelier as standard, which has Sensatec surfaces; Loft, which provides high-quality fabrics and microfiber and an instrument panel with a printed color gradient; and the Suite finish, which includes natural leather surfaces.

Systems designed for you

Automatic air conditioning system that is controlled by touch screen, with integrated nanofiber filter. Temperature control intelligently controlled by air flow and taking account of surface temperature.

Likewise, Harman Kardon surround sound system with integrated speakers out of sight in the rear headrests. The Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system also features 4D audio, which uses bass drivers in the front seats.

BMW IconicSounds Electric

Model-specific driving sound with authentic reaction to acceleration and speed. In addition, the new BMW IconicSounds Electric as standard allows the integration of new sound variants produced thanks to the collaboration with the soundtrack composer Hans Zimmer.

Sustainability throughout the chain

First, an exceptional and unwavering focus on sustainability with a responsible use of resources throughout the value chain, which minimizes the carbon footprint at all stages of the product life cycle.

Vehicle production will take place at the BMW Group plant in Dingolfing and battery cell manufacturing will take place using a green energy 100%, sourced from certified sources; the aluminio is produced with solar energy.

The principle of bespoke design of electric motors dispenses with the need for rare earth metals. Controlled, transparent and sustainable extraction of cobalt and lithium for the high voltage battery.

Finally, extensive use of secondary raw materials, natural and recycled materials: high proportion of recycled aluminum and plastic. The use of chrome has almost been eliminated, FSC certified wood, leather tanned with olive leaf extract, floor coverings and carpets made from recycled fishing nets.

BASES DEL SORTEO FIN DE SEMANA EN PORT AVENTURA CON UN COCHE OPEL

1.- OBJETO
JOAQUIN OLIVA SA, nuevo concesionario Opel de Tarragona, celebra la incorporación de la marca a Grup Oliva motor sorteando entre los clientes un fin de semana en Port Aventura con un coche Opel, esto incluye entradas al parque para los 2 días para 2 adultos y 2 niños, una noche de hotel y la cesión de un coche Opel para disfrutarlo un fin de semana antes de enero del 2023. A tal fin, los clientes que lo deseen podrán apuntarse al sorteo entre el 09 de junio al 26 de junio del 2022.
Asimismo, Joaquin Oliva se reserva el derecho a evitar que sobre este sorteo se establezcan sistemas de especulación o de negocios o cualquier otro que pueda suponer una alteración o manipulación del mismo. A tal fin, podrá ejercitar todas las acciones que estime oportunas incluida la exclusión del presente concurso de cualquier participante que actúe en tal sentido.
La participación en el sorteo se hará mediante la introducción de los datos personales del participante en la web https://grupolivamotor.com/landing/opel-sorteo/ y el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de participación y la aceptación de las bases.
La participación en el presente sorteo presupone la aceptación íntegra de todas las cláusulas contenidas en estas bases.

2.- DURACIÓN Y ÁMBITO
El sorteo es válido sólo para el territorio español. La comunicación del sorteo comenzará el 9 de junio 2022 y finalizará el 26 de junio 2022, ambos inclusive. El sorteo se realizará el 27 de junio de 2022.
Joaquin Oliva SA se reserva el derecho a suspender, aplazar, cancelar o modificar la duración del sorteo en cualquier momento anterior a su finalización, siempre que existan causas que así lo justifiquen.

3.- DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS PREMIOS
Se sorteará un fin de semana en el Parque de atracciones Port Aventura, con 1 noche de hotel para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) en media pensión, con acceso de dos días a PortAventura Park y un coche Opel para disfrutarlo todo el fin de semana.
En este sorteo participaran todos los que hayan rellenado correctamente el formulario del sorteo y acepten las bases legales del mismo.

4.- DERECHO A PARTICIPAR
Puede participar en el sorteo cualquier persona física, mayor de edad, que resida en territorio español.

5.- REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR
Habrá exclusivamente una vía de participación, mediante la cumplimentación de un formulario en la página web https://grupolivamotor.com/landing/opel-sorteo/. Ningún otro canal de comunicación dará la posibilidad de participar en el sorteo.La dirección de la página web que permite acceder al sorteo se enviará mediante correo electrónico a los clientes. Mediante la cumplimentación del formulario, el usuario se estará registrando en la web de www.grupolivamotor.com y aceptando las condiciones del registro.
En el formulario de la web los datos obligatorios para participar serán:

  • Nombre y Apellidos

  • Email

  • Telephone

Y también es obligatorio que cada participante acepte las condiciones del registro en www.grupolivamotor.com y las bases del sorteo en el formulario de participación.
Solo se podrá participar una vez, es decir, sólo será válida una participación por cada persona física. Tras enviar el formulario, al usuario le aparecerá una ventana emergente o pop up con la confirmación de su participación.

6.- SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR Y ENTREGA DE PREMIOS.
El sorteo se celebrará entre el número total de personas que hayan participado. Solo habrá un ganador y la selección del ganador se realizará mediante selección aleatoria informática. El ganador del sorteo será informado personalmente a través del e-mail el mismo día del sorteo y a la misma dirección desde la cual envió su participación.
El ganador no podrá en ningún caso canjear el premio por dinero.
En el caso de que el ganador no proceda a ponerse en contacto en un plazo no superior de 48 horas desde el envío del correo electrónico informando sobre el ganador, se elegirá un ganador suplente, quien tendrá un plazo de 24 horas para ponerse en contacto según procedimiento descrito.

7.- ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES.
El participante acepta expresamente cumplir todas y cada una de las bases del presente sorteo. El incumplimiento de alguna de las bases dará lugar a la exclusión del participante del presente sorteo. En caso de existir dudas o discrepancias en la interpretación de las presentes bases prevalecerá el criterio de Joaquin Oliva SA. Excepcionalmente y por motivos debidamente justificados, Joaquin Oliva SA podrá modificar las presentes bases una vez comenzado el sorteo.
Los concursantes podrán consultar las bases del presente sorteo en la página Web de Grup Oliva motor.

8.- TRATAMIENTO FISCAL.
Al premio del presente Concurso le serán de aplicación todas las disposiciones de carácter fiscal pertinentes según la legislación española en vigor. A tal fin, para ostentar la condición de Ganador será requisito indispensable que éste remita a Opel Joaquin Oliva fotocopia de su DNI, tarjeta de residencia u otro documento válido a efectos fiscales.
Joaquin Oliva no será responsable del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del ganador.

9.- CONSENTIMIENTO USO IMAGEN
Los ganadores del sorteo conocen y consienten que su nombre completo e imagen se reproduzca en cualquier actividad publicitaria que esté relacionada con esta promoción, sin que estas actividades confieran a los ganadores derecho de remuneración o ningún beneficio con excepción hecha del premio ganado conforme a estas bases.

10.- TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES.
Según lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, se informa al participante que con el envío voluntario de los datos personales consiente que los datos que facilite, sean incorporados en un fichero responsabilidad de Joaquin Oliva para ser utilizados con las finalidades relativas al mantenimiento, cumplimiento, desarrollo, control y gestionar el uso de los concursos, así como, la publicación de sus datos identificativos en las páginas web y redes sociales de la empresa, y la participación en actividades promocionales y publicitarias, incluido el envío de comunicaciones comerciales, de los productos, servicios o actividades relacionadas de la empresa.
El participante tendrá derecho a ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición dirigiéndose por escrito acompañando copia de documento que le acredite su identidad por correo ordinario dirigido a rgpd@grupolivamotor.com.

11.- RESPONSABILIDAD
Joaquin Oliva en ningún caso se responsabiliza de las posibles pérdidas, deterioros, robos, retrasos o cualquier otra circunstancia imputable a terceros (colaboradores, agentes, distribuidores, etc.) o a Internet que puedan afectar a los concursos. Asimismo, tampoco se hace responsable de los daños y perjuicios que puedan derivarse de la participación en los concursos.
Joaquin Oliva queda exonerada de las incidencias y sucesos de todo orden (por ejemplo, imposibilidad de registrar los datos de algún participante, interrupción o pérdida de conexión…) que sean provocadas por actos externos de mala fe o por las incidencias derivados de averías en la red telefónica, informática, eléctrica. Joaquin Oliva igualmente no responderá por la imposibilidad de registrar algún participante debido a un error en la captura de sus datos personales como consecuencia de la facilitación de datos incompletos o erróneos.

12.- GANADORES
Los ganadores de los concursos o acciones promocionadas por Joaquin Oliva aceptan expresamente que su nombre se pueda publicar a los sitios Web de Grupo Oliva Motor y Opel Joaquin Oliva o en las redes sociales en que tenga presencia.
Los ganadores autorizan la publicación de su nombre y apellidos en cualquier actividad informativa relacionada con la acción de participación. En caso de que el contenido enviado sea su propia imagen, el hecho de participar en la acción implica que Joaquin Oliva podrá difundirla por sus medios de comunicación, siempre dentro del ámbito del mismo concurso.
Al ganador del sorteo se le entregará un voucher con un código promocional para poder realizar la reserva con la central de reservas de Port Aventura.
La entrega del voucher y la cesión del vehículo se hará en el concesionario, para ello será necesario presentar el carnet de conducir y documentación de identidad.

13.- LEGISLACIÓN Y JURISDICCIÓN.
Las presentes bases se rigen por la ley española. Los participantes aceptan que cualesquiera controversias que puedan surgir en la interpretación y ejecución de estas bases quedarán sometidas a la jurisdicción de los juzgados y tribunales de la ciudad de Barcelona.
